In March 2023, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) announced the results of the 23rd China Patent Award selection. The "Stage Lighting System and LED Array," invented by the team led by Mr. Zhang Quan, Director of Stage Lighting R&D at YLX Inc., stood out from numerous patent applications and won the 23rd China Patent Excellence Award. This marks YLX ’s third time receiving the China Patent Excellence Award, with previous awards in the 17th China Patent Award in 2015 and the 19th in 2017.

The China Patent Award, jointly selected by the CNIPA and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). It is considered the highest honor in China's patent invention field and holds significant influence both domestically and internationally.

The awarded patent, titled "Stage Lighting System and LED Array" (Patent No.: ZL200910107674.0), presents an LED array that effectively addresses the critical and common technical issues of "low light utilization rate, poor brightness and color uniformity in LED light source systems" in the field of semiconductor lighting sources. This innovation not only enhances the output power of light sources but also improves brightness and color uniformity of lighting.

The industrial application of this patent can greatly advance the promotion of semiconductor lighting sources, foster industry-wide technological innovation, accelerate the elimination of outdated technology, and support the implementation of national policies on energy conservation and environmental protection from a technical and industrial perspective.
